Coffee Hater to Espresso Enthusiast!

So, I just have to changer' id='spin_1' onclick='ShowSpinOptions(1)'>start out through saying that I am a real Coffee Hater, however the thing is though, that I found a new love for coffee, that I never thought I would discover. Ever since I was a small child, my parents would try to pressure feed me espresso (maybe if only to warrant their own addictions :) however I never saw a liking for it. My father would mix hot cocoa and coffee together (a lot like a mocha) put it inside a thermos, and then take us children out to go look at Christmas lighting. I never really did enjoy the taste of the coffee hot chocolate combination, but it is something that I associate with good reminiscences. Now that I am older, I've become somewhat a health fanatic, as well as hearing the debate over whether or not espresso was a good thing to become drinking, I just avoided it, and most caffeine containing substances totally.

okay, I actually do have to admit, I hated being the only one going to Starbucks, and ordering hot cholate. How do you like going on a date, and saying, "Oh, well I don't really consume cofee..." Yes, I felt like a actual wuss. So, under the pressuring of a few of my friends, who stored offering to order me coffee, basically would drink it; I decided that I do in fact like espresso from Starbucks! I have no idea where incisively this particular sudden change originated from, all I know is the fact that I enjoyed the sweet-- yet bitter taste of flavors mixing together from the "foo-foo" espresso from Starbucks. At first, I would only purchase Mochas, and pre-sweetened drinks, attributing the truth that maybe the only rationality I liked them, was because of the sugar containts. Nevertheless, Starbucks had a deal on half-priced lattes, and I just HAD to oblige. I purchased a plain latte... and I LOVED IT!! Even more I dare to express, than many of the sweet drinks. I asked myself, "What was it which was so great about Local cafe coffee?" Of course, Starbucks coffee is great, but what makes the coffee that they make manageable from the drip-coffee everyone else has? I discovered that there had been this marvelous thing called an Espresso.

An Espresso is different from regular coffee, since it utilizes a specialized device (called an Java machine- who would have guessed!) that pressurizes the water as well as forces it via very finely floor beans. The beans within an Espresso are typically darker, and bolder than most beans, as well as great care needs to be taken in roasting all of them, otherwise they will turn out bitter, and... ashy. (Not really tasty). What makes a latte great, is that in a Tall drink of coffee, a 1 ounce shot of Espresso is poured into Eleven ounces of rich, frothy, steaming milk. (Wonderful!)

Of course, I could not afford in order to remain going to Starbucks everyday, so I wanted to buy my own Espresso machine. Me- a coffee hater, attempting to buy a coffee machine! Of course, it took a few getting used to- how to work that Espresso machine. But now, I love it, and it is mostly of the coffee drinks I enjoy, next to Macchiatos, Mochas, and other such "foo-foo" drinks. (The difference is in the milk, they all make use of espresso).

I would have to publicize, that if you love coffee, and have not tested Espresso, you are MISSING OUT! Also, if you hate espresso, and have not tried Espresso, I tell you in the lip of someone who does not like drip-coffee- you are MISSING OUT!!

Thanks for reading through!
